The purpose of Ærø Whisky’s collection of personal data is to

Ærø Whisky does not disclose your personal data to third parties unless it is required for us to fulfill our obligations to you, including the disclosure of address information to shipping companies in connection with purchases in our webshop.

However, you should be aware that we may be subject to applicable national or international laws regarding the collection and storage of personal data, including – but not necessarily limited to – information about product purchases in our webshop.

You may also in certain cases have the right to have your personal data transferred to another business partner if it is based on your consent or the fulfillment of a contract.

You have the right – at any time – to object to your personal data being used for marketing purposes. If you do so, Ærø Whisky may no longer use your personal data for this purpose.
