Opening hours
From April 1st to June 1st and throughout September we are open Mon-Sat from 10 am to 4 pm (closed Sunday).
From 1 October to 1 April, the distillery is open by appointment. (Contact:

During the high season (all June, July and August) we are open every day from 12-18.

We brew and distill from 25 March to 1 December only interrupted by minor breaks. You are always welcome to come by, look into our small visitor center, and have a chat with us. There is always a good story about whisky production and the good life on Ærø.
Sale of Whisky We sell the entire range of our whisky and rum directly from the distillery, where after tasting you always get a refund of the tasting price if you buy a bottle.
