Ærø Whisky 12 year’s Whisky
Ærø Whisky is a relatively 'young' whisky producer - but don't worry, we've put that aside... in 2025 we will release our first 12 year old Whisky.
Ærø Whisky production process
We produce the old-fashioned way. Everything is handmade and therefore the quality is top-notch. Our distillation plant is from Müller in southern Germany.

A good whisky deserves to be drunk from a good glass. It's actually more important than you might think - but the shape of the glass gives you exactly the sensory experience you need to enjoy your whisky.
Production for 2022 has begun!
We have already started production for 2022. Already on 2. March we started up. The goal this year is 8,000 bottles.
