Description

1/10 of a barrel of 128 liters with 12 years Whisky from Ærø Whisky, The barrels are filled in December 2020 with Single Malt Whisky from own malt floor, own brewery and own distillery.

The building is of the Flair variety from Kammerrådgaarden 4 km. west of the distillery on Ærø.

The whisey is aged in Olorosse Sherry casks, and is a 2st filling of new Spanish oak, which is toasted to grade medium+.

The cask will be tapped in December 2032, and the bottles must be collected at the distillery. Expect at least 15 bottles of Whisky at 48% vol.
