Description

1/10 of a barrel of 128 liters with 8 years of Whisky from Ærø Whisky, The barrels are filled in December 2020 with Single Malt Whisky from its own malt floor, its own brewery and its own distillery.

The building is of the Flair variety from Kammerrådgaarden 4 km. west of the distillery on Ærø.

WhiskyThe wine is aged in Oloroso Sherry casks, and is a 1st filling of new Spanish oak, which is toasted to grade medium+.

The cask will be tapped in December 2028, and the bottles must be collected at the distillery. Expect at least 20 bottles of Whisky at 48% vol.
