Ærø Whisky 12 year olds Whisky
Ærø Whisky is a relatively 'young' Whisky producer - but don't worry, we've put shame aside... in 2025, our first 12-year-old Whisky will arrive.
Ærø Whisky production process
We produce in the old-fashioned way. Everything is handmade, and the quality is therefore top notch. Our distillation plant is from Müller in southern Germany.

A good Whisky deserves to be drunk from a good glass. It is actually more important than you think - but the design of the glass provides exactly the sensory impressions required to enjoy your Whisky.
Production for 2022 has begun!
We have already started production for 2022. We already started up on 2 March. The goal this year is 8.000 bottles.
The distillery in Ærøskøbing
The brewery where the wort is produced for distillation is located in the side building of the historic Gamle Købmandsgaard in Ærøskøbing opposite the distillery. It creates a cozy and interesting environment for our production and for visitors.
