RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal and return. The right of withdrawal starts from the day you have received your goods.
Exceptions to this are pre-orders. Here the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days after your order.

Returns/exchanges

If you regret a purchase, you can return the item to Ærø Whisky within 14 days of receipt. You must pay for the return shipping and you are responsible for the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend that you return the item as a traceable shipment (track & trace), e.g. as parcel post or with GLS.

When returning an item, it must be unused and in its original packaging. If the item is not unused, or is damaged and/or the packaging is damaged or missing, we will deduct an amount to cover the difference between a new item and an item in the condition you return it in.

If the item is faulty or defective, you can have it exchanged for a new equivalent item.
