CANCELLATION

You have 14 days of unconditional right of cancellation and return. The right of withdrawal is calculated from the day you received your goods.
Exceptions to this are pre-orders. Here, the right of cancellation applies for 14 days after your order.

Return/exchange

If you regret a purchase, you can return the item to Ærø Whisky within 14 days of receipt. You must pay for the return freight yourself, and you are responsible for the return shipping. We therefore recommend that you return the item as track & trace, for example as parcel post or with GLS.

When returning an item, it must be unused and in its original packaging. If the item is not unused, or is damaged, and/or the packaging is damaged or completely missing, we will deduct an amount to cover the difference between a new item and an item in the condition in which you return it.

If the item is defective or missing, you can have it exchanged for a new, similar item.
