1. 3 cl. Ærø Single Malt Whisky – 48% 

Aged 4.5 years in Oloroso 128 liter barrel, 1st bottling.

Not smoked, no E numbers, no caramel and not cold filtered.

 

2. 3 cl. Ærø Single Cask Whisky – 60%

Aged 4.5 years in Olorosso 128 liter barrel, 1st bottling.

Not smoked, no E numbers, no caramel and not cold filtered.

 

3. 3 cl. Ærø Single Cask Rum – 48%

Aged for 7 years in 128 liter Olorosso sheery cask (cask no. R-39).

No cold filtration, no E numbers and no added sugar after distillation.

 

4. 3 cl. Ærø Single Cask Rum – 60%

Aged for 7 years in 200 liter American White Oak cask (Woodford Reserve Bourbon) cask no. WB70

No cold filtration, no E numbers and no added sugar after distillation.

 

1 Glencairn whisky glass with Ærø Whisky logo.

 

Drink recommendation:

Take a small sip of the clean product and swish it around in your mouth for approx. 10 seconds before you sink. Then add 3-4 drops of water to the 48% bottlings and 6-8 drops to the 60% bottlings. This breaks the surface tension in the glass and releases a lot of aromas that would otherwise not come through in your dram.
