Bottle No. 2 – 3 cl New Make (raw alcohol)
The raw product before barrel aging – 63%.

Bottle No. 3 – 3 cl. Ærø Single Cask Whisky – 60%
HUNGARIAN EG – 30 Liter cask, 1st fill
Not smoked, no e-numbers and not cold filtered

Bottle No. 4 – 3 cl. Ærø Single Cask Rum – 48
Aged 5 years in 128 liter PX barrel (barrel no. R-22)
No cold filtration, no e-numbers and no added sugar after distillation

1 Glencairn Whisky glass with Ærø Whisky logo.

Drinking tips:
Take a small mouthful of the clean product and let it swish around in your mouth for about 10 seconds before swallowing. Then add 3-4 drops of water to the 48% bottlings and 6-8 drops to the 60% bottlings (it is not necessary to add water to New Make or raw spirits)
