Opening hours
From April 1 to April 30, we are open Mon-Fri from 10 am-16 pm (closed Saturday and Sunday).

From May 1 to September 30, we are open Mon-Sat from 10 am-16 pm (closed Sunday).

From 1 October to 1 April, the distillery is open by appointment. (Contact: mail@aeroewhisky.com – telephone 51 96 80 61).

We usually brew and distill from March 25th to December 1st, with only minor breaks. You are always welcome to come by, look into our small visitor center, and have a chat with us. There is always a good story about whisky production and the good life on Ærø.
