We brew and distill in the period 1 May to 1 December. You are welcome to come by, look into our small visitor center and have a chat with Master Distiller Michael Nielsen. There is always a good story about whisky and the good life on Ærø.
Sale of Whisky
We sell the entire range of our whisky in the distillery. You can also buy it from our web-shop or visit the 'Den gamle Købmandsgaard' in Ærøskøbing. Under retailers / restaurants you can see where else you can buy and taste our whisky.
