From April 1 to September 30, we are open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 am to 15 pm (closed Saturday and Sunday).

We usually brew and distill in the spring and autumn months. You are always welcome to come by, look into our small visitor center, and have a chat with us. There is always a good story about whisky production and the good life on Ærø.
