TRACEABILITY
I Ærø Whisky we are focused on traceability. This applies not only when we buy in goods for our production, but also when the bottles leave our distillery.
The tracking of just yours whisky, is an important matter for us. We believe that being able to trace your bottle all the way back to the field it comes from is part of the experience Ærø Whisky.
In the table below, you can see all the information about your product based on the batch number (see illustration below). Whisky's origin. There is thus full traceability for every bottle that leaves Ærø Whisky. Something that we are sure our customers greatly appreciate.
If you want to go into the details, you can click on two different areas in the table (barrel number and grain type), where we go in-depth with barrel type, o sensory profile, malt and what barrels mean for the taste of your Whisky.
