How to order
You can order Ærø Whisky products directly from the webshop and pay with Visa/Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. All prices are in Danish kroner including VAT and taxes.
Note: Delivery is only available to addresses in Denmark and you must be at least 18 years old to shop in the webshop.
All prices are inclusive of applicable Danish VAT and taxes. We accept the following payment cards: Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard. The payment will only be charged to your card once the item has been shipped.
Exceptions to this are pre-orders, where payment is taken at the time of ordering.
Deliveries can only be made to addresses in Denmark. Delivery time for stock items is usually up to 2 business days from when you place your order. Delivery is with GLS or Postnord. All shipments are insured until handover to the customer.
An expected delivery time is stated in the product description. For pre-orders, the amount will be charged at the time of ordering.
All orders are shipped freight-free.
International deliveries are not available.

Safety and security
Ærø Whisky A/S does not store your credit card information. All card transactions are processed through the ePay payment gateway. You can read more about security on ePay’s website . All Dankort/credit card information and personal details such as name and address are sent encrypted over the internet. If you discover unauthorized withdrawals on your card, do the following: Contact your bank or card issuer and report the unauthorized withdrawal. If your bank or card issuer determines that the unauthorized withdrawal is due to misuse of Dankort/credit card information that has been disclosed while you were shopping at Ærø Whisky A/S and imposes a deductible on you, you must contact us immediately.
Information on how to complain
A complaint about a product or service purchased from Ærø Whisky A/S can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk . The European Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. File a complaint here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
