Ærø Whisky 12 year’s Whisky
Ærø Whisky is a relatively 'young' whisky producer - but don't worry, we've put that aside... in 2025 we will release our first 12 year old Whisky.
Ærø Whisky production process
We produce the old-fashioned way. Everything is handmade and therefore the quality is top-notch. Our distillation plant is from Müller in southern Germany.

Production for 2022 has begun!
We have already started production for 2022. Already on 2. March we started up. The goal this year is 8,000 bottles.
The distillery in Ærøskøbing
The brewery where the wort is produced for distillation is located in the side building of the historic Gamle Købmandsgaard in Ærøskøbing, opposite the distillery. It creates a cozy and interesting environment for our production and for visitors.
